The bus that you drive, make sure it's the right one. Make sure you only let good people on it. Good people will make you better.

L'histoire derrière cette citation
Mike Krzyzewski — Coach K — the winningest coach in the history of men's Division I college basketball, delivered the commencement address at Duke University in May 2016. With five national championships, twelve Final Fours, and three Olympic gold medals, he had spent forty-one years building teams that consistently performed at the highest level. The 'bus' metaphor came from his mother's advice on the day before he started high school. He told her he knew how to get to school, but she wasn't talking about transportation — she was talking about the people he would choose to surround himself with. The lesson had guided his entire career: talent matters, but character matters more. Coach K famously recruited players based on character as much as ability, and he told the graduates that the single most important decision they would make was choosing who to let into their lives.
