L'histoire derrière cette citation

Near the end of his speech, Hollens distilled his philosophy into its simplest form. He acknowledged that many people choose their paths based on money, and he understood why — financial security matters. But he argued that the order was wrong. If you chase money first and passion second, you'll likely end up with neither fulfillment nor the kind of success that comes from doing work you truly care about. Hollens was living proof of his own thesis. As 'a 35-year-old father who sings a cappella standing in his garage in his underwear,' he had built a career that no career counselor would have recommended. Yet it had led to a million YouTube subscribers, a Sony contract, and a life he loved. The money had come — not because he chased it, but because he chased what he loved with enough intensity that the world eventually paid attention.
