इस उद्धरण के पीछे की कहानी
After laying out the systemic barriers facing women in the workforce — from the ambition gap to the likability penalty to the unequal distribution of housework — Sandberg addressed the question of whether the 'rat race' was even worth running. Her answer acknowledged both the legitimacy of the question and the danger of asking it too early. If you think your career feels like a rat race, Sandberg said, maybe you picked the wrong job. Try again. And then try again. Try until you find something that stirs your passion, that matters to you and matters to others. Finding that intersection — where what you love doing also makes a difference — is the ultimate luxury. It was a message that transcended gender: that meaningful work, not just successful work, is the clearest path to fulfillment.
