All the greatness you may achieve in your career doesn't amount to a whole lot if your personal life is a mess.

A história por trás desta citação
After urging the graduates to apply discipline to their professional lives, Hyneman extended the same principle to life outside of work. He pointed out that most of their lives would be spent outside of careers, and warned against the trap of professional success at the cost of personal fulfillment. The quality of their lives, he argued, depended on applying the same methodical care to relationships, health, and personal growth as they would to their work.
