The legendary basketball coach delivered a blunt, no-nonsense address about the reality of life's trade-offs. He listed the hard things: work is hard, change is hard, taking a long look in the mirror is hard, sacrificing family time is hard, sacrificing work for family is hard, continuing to learn when everything is going well is hard.
