The only time you lose at something is when you don't learn from that experience.

The Story Behind This Quote
Chuck Norris shared the story of his first martial arts competition. After training hard and entering a tournament in Salt Lake City, he lost while his three students won. Driving home while his students held their trophies, he began to doubt whether he was cut out to be a fighter. But the Holy Spirit spoke to him with this lesson: the only true loss comes from failing to learn. Norris took it to heart, resolving that he might lose again, but he would never lose the same way twice. That philosophy carried him from his first defeat to winning the Los Angeles Open, the California state title, the national title, and ultimately the International Grand Championship two years running.
