Service is the rent we pay for living on God's Earth.

You will get nowhere without a spiritual practice. Not necessarily religion — maybe it's music, or dancing, or just time for yourself to feed and nurture your own spirit.

You are my other self. We are one. I am another yourself. The Mayans just had a more beautiful way of saying we're all in this together.

May the source of strength, who blessed the ones before us, help us find the courage to make our lives a blessing.

We are linked, we are not ranked. We are linked with each other, we are linked with nature. And the paradigm becomes a circle, not a pyramid.

I don't believe in hope. Hope is a beggar. Hope walks through the fire. Faith leaps over it.

A peaceful world means a compassionate world. If you respect others' life, you love others — how can a person who has that kind of motivation use force to eliminate them? Impossible.

Real happiness has very much to do with our emotion, not money. Everybody wants a happy life, happy family, happy community. So please pay some attention about our inner value.

Through inner peace, all your profession, all your knowledge, can be constructive. But if all your professional knowledge is motivated by anger, hatred, suspicion — then your knowledge becomes destructive.

The World that Ought to Be is that which is already embedded in our senses. God's hand touches us, even through the cold earth of death and despair.

Wealth and fame are an illusion. The only times I've been truly miserable is when I was lying to myself or to others.

Without God, life's storms are too strong to withstand. But with Him, there is no storm that can destroy you.
